I forgot where I put my Ipod nano tranceiver. I think it's in the other pair of plus already back in Kuching. 
Size follow to my first pair of nike free size 9. I tried it on size 8 & size 9 (size 8.5 no stock). I thought size 8.5 would be perfect... maybe. But take into account your leg will expand when you run it's better to follow the old size.
