20100403: Nike Free running shoes

Bought a pair of fitting nike free + "PLUS" for everyday use. $85 bucks, not so expensive I think.

I forgot where I put my Ipod nano tranceiver. I think it's in the other pair of plus already back in Kuching. Size follow to my first pair of nike free size 9. I tried it on size 8 & size 9 (size 8.5 no stock). I thought size 8.5 would be perfect... maybe. But take into account your leg will expand when you run it's better to follow the old size.

20100327: Running

Met up with ST at the canal to have a sweat workout. He was running with 57yr marathon (4:30 hours) :-p.
Evening time seems ideal for running. Problem is too many people along the way while i was biking, took me about 33 minutes just to get there.

20100321: Running

Quick 38minutes workout.Overslept this cool Sunday morning until 9am.

WOW, 8 hours of sleep. Weathers too cool for waking up this morning.

Make up by doing a sunset run.

20100314: Running

Nice windy evening, wanted to run but procrastinated until the last possible moment. BLA...

Long time never run. Already becoming inactive. Need a long hike & full sweat workout soon.

This pair of timberland size 9M. Cross country. Usually wore it for cycling. Sole is non slippery. Not so good cushioning.

20100301: Nike Free running shoes

Always wanted to archieved this shoes somewhere so that I can refer to the sizing. I have about 5 pairs of Nike free, from size 8.5 to 9.5.

20100216: Running

Ran for a short 33 minutes session. Slow jog most of the way, build up some sweat to start detoxing. Looks like pork legs on shoes.

20090118: Running

After sabo by R for buying 8875 yesterday, this morning start with a cup of coffee. The streets were still dark as I made my way towards the meeting point. didn't think, just ran (got a new dri-fit, quite comfortable). After meeting up with R we made out way to the running place.

20081109: Running Not

Woke up at around 6:30AM... alas it rained heavily... Didn't make it to the run luckily walked a lot for shopping the night before :-D Beautiful Dawn, Like up the shores for me...

20081019: Running

Due to yesterday cycling at East Coast with B, I failed to power up on time for the running today. Alarm went snooozzz & I also zzz.... until my "strong will" spring me up from bed at 7:30AM... Met up at 8AM run there like a dog, but afterwards did not have oil to burn anymore. I think due to not eating breakfast... At this age, hope my "engine" don't breakdown due to no warming up. :-p

Saw this nice "carbon fibre" bike used by a pizzahut delivery, looks so futuristic. No wonder the pizza always on time...

& this is my shoe after this morning wear & tear. :-D

20080921: Running

Crawl up from bed, slept at 2am last night. Brought my camera along to snap some picture.
The morning dawn, more and more coconut trees growing tall in the neighbourhood.

20080914: Running

Went to run on Sunday, woke up and snoozed the alarm clock for 3 times. :-D What a lazy Sunday morning. I ran to the new meeting point at the canal, overtook some china dolls & ah pek in bicycle, hope i din make them tulan.

My Asics: This is my double stitched shoes, the thread especially the black on on the tip of the boat is almost invisible, the cobbler really did a fine job.

Tired run, makan the roti bawang & ice tea.... Saw that group of cyclist again. First time me & RT notice some fat guy using Ridley bicycle. Moral is, you can be fat beer belly, bold and look like a potato as long as you can afford the world's fastest bike and hang out with same hobby guys with lesser bikes, you will look super cool... although flabby like a panda.

woke up quite early, took a bath, left house around 7:06am (time on my watch), around 7:32 reach meet up place, run out of gas at 8:06am.

20080803: Running Bag

Went lepak (aka loitering) & since it's beginning of the month, I bought a Camelbak. :-D Price S$110 after discount. Seems like only this brand still standing at Queensway shopping center (maybe I kena psycho by the seller who says only this brand bla bla bla)
Previously, the one i used was High Siera, cheaper price; around S$70? Can't recollect. Was very happy with it... until the water bag spoiled #$#$#$#$ (hmmm... gonna blog about this "lazy" brand when I have the urge to complain later).
The one i bought is black colour. Dunno why they call it LOBO, Lost Lobos? Lobot? Lobocup?
There's a nifty compartment for my gadgets on the front top. This space is design to fit Ipod, but i hope can put digital camera together in harmony here.
The "Omega Hydrotanium Reservoir" (aka very canggih chua long) supports External Fill. Translated means: water can be filled in without nuisance, hassle & tulan of taking the water bag out. So si-pay convenient. & very worth you buy. cha cha cha.... camel & the OHR with EF also comes with a New! lifetime warranty. New? Don't know what that means but hope that it will not damage so easily. [I want to believe.. tu tooo tu two tuu tu...]

There's a compartment for bicycle helmet (option in case i take up cycling in the future)

Time on my watch:
0645 Crawl out of bed
0655 Run out from house, run to meet R.
0730 Arrive Sembawang MRT (real time 7:20 am)
Lost count of time...
but, running towards the end 500m, right foot starts to "feel more heavy".
probably due to the track is tilted at right side.
Saw a good sunrise. too bad didn't bring camera.
Must get a good running beg with camera compartment. :-)
ate 1 egg onion prata & 2 teh peng (there goes the calories).
next run: remember to bring small sweat towel.
